Shop and spend is more like it. Was feeling bad and just needed some coke and cereal bars for my stomach and didn't want to fight the Christmas rush traffic and people around Martinsburg. Wow. This place is expensive. Maybe that is why they are not busy. They need to take "save" out of their name. Maybe they mean "shop n save" for saving the crowd and your time.
