You get what you pay for. The card reader at side entrance doesn't work all the time and requires you to walk around to main entrance. Had my 2 year old with me and requested a crib. The crib that was brought to my room was a portable crime that was not unfolded and not functioning correctly when trying to unfold. It did not come with any sheets and was stained from previous use. Had to buy my own sheets from local Walmart. When having breakfast there was a man hanging around who claimed he worked there but did not look to be an employee. He was engaged in a vulgar conversation with an employee taking care of the food. I didn't want my 2 year old exposed to this and brought food back to our room. When checking out the housekeeping door was open directly across the hall from our room and had a normal baby crib complete with sheets that could have been given to us. I would not visit this hotel again after my experience.
The hotel looks amazing with all the new renovations being done. The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast attendant was cheerful and welcoming i had a great experience at this hotel and recommend this location to all my friends
The hotel guests were very low key. Couldn't even have breakfast with my family because of the way they were talking. I had to leave breakfast area.
We came back to the hotel around 12:30 at night. Tried taking a bath and the water wouldn’t stay in the tub. The toilet had black mold in it. Tried blow drying my hair and the bathroom plug didn’t work. Second plug didn’t work. Ended up sitting in the floor in the corner by the desk. That’s where I saw the filthy carpet. The room was being renovated and it had raw, rough wood. I complained first thing the next morning and was told I should have come to the front desk in the middle of the night with wet hair! They said they would have come to the room, but my husband was in bed. Said they could have moved us to a room that was completed. Wonder why they didn’t put us In a finished room to begin with. Manager was rude and condescending. He accused me of blackmail for telling him I would write a review! The only thing worse than the room was the horrible customer service I received. Will NEVER stay there again.
I did not have very good experience. Heating cooling system was too loud, my two year old daughter kept waking up and did not have a full night still.
I will never again consider staying at this hotel, should future business require. Being that we have had good luck with Choice brand hotels in the past, I found this hotel to be out of the norm. It was, simply put, disgusting. The shower faucet leaked, causing for a continuous drop of water -- and subsequent smell. The floors have obviously not been vacuumed in some time. The hotel has a smell of 'old.' The parking lot was not very safe; there were construction workers 'tailgating' outside on a Monday night, drinking beer. My car received a large door ding -- with no note or assumed responsibility. Assuming the small black/brown dots in the bed were bed bugs; I have actually disposed of some of my clothes for this reason. Various stains on bedding, carpet, and hard surface -- about which I do not want to think of what they could be.
